Concrete – Small Pools Gallery
As real estate becomes more precious the popularity of small pools is on the rise. Most choose them because of space restrictions and just want to make the most of their small yard. However, for some, it’s the need to leave room for other amenities.
A new type of pool called S’Pool, or plunge pool, doesn’t take up much space and is perfect for cooling dips. As our summers get hotter this is becoming more a need than a luxury. Many choose small pools for exercise, and with a variable-speed Badu swimjet, you can swim lengths without requiring the space of a lap pool.
Still others choose a swim-spa which can double as a plunge pool during hot weather and a therapeutic spa during cooler times. Yet another type is the therapy pool, with jets and benches but not the heat of a hot tub. Regardless of type, all small pools have an important feature, they’re easier and less costly to maintain (less water, heating and chemicals).
